We truly can not say enough about Laura. We were a couple who had done little in the way of intensive exercise for a few years and never with a personal trainer. She was awesome at providing us with varied sessions leading up to our wedding that were fun, challenging and supportive. Laura was able to clearly demonstrate new exercises and help us ensure we maintained the correct technique to reduce the risk of injury. She was also able to provide alternative exercises based on our levels of fitness and strength. Over the weeks, we truly noticed the difference to our energy levels, confidence, strength and flexibility. Laura's manner was always supportive and encouraging. Come the wedding day, we were both able to feel our best and had the added bonus of having Laura there to photograph the day. The pictures were amazing and we were so pleased with the outcome of the training sessions. Laura seriously is an energiser bunny and is so motivational and talented, we cannot recommend her highly enough.

Laura has been great to work with, both as a photographer and a personal trainer. She has been easy to communicate with and listened to what we wanted for the photography on our big day. As a personal trainer she has been amazing, each session had a variety of different exercises which I felt were tailored to what I needed to improve my fitness. Laura is very motivating as a trainer as well as being flexible and allowing you to progress at your own pace, I never felt uncomfortable. I saw noticeable differences in my appearance within the first 5 weeks. I tried on my dress again and was so excited to see that I needed those alterations done! All that hard work has definitely paid off! The nutritional recommendations were a big plus for my partner and I as it helped us to make simple changes that helped get us in the shape we wanted to be in for our wedding. The nutritional recommendations provided us with changes we could easily make to our diets on a daily basis. I appreciated the ratios to consider in each meal as I found that it helped me to keep a better balance when preparing dinners or lunches. I would highly recommend Laura to anyone, thank you so much for all the hard work you have put in to making me feel special on my wedding day.

Laura is such a cool person and such an onto it trainer.  She really motivates you and trains you to reach your goals. I highly recommend her! She's always interested to see how your day was and how things are in your life. Her sessions are tailored to you specifically and she loves what she does. I noticed a huge difference with doing resistance training which wasn't something I had done much of.  I found was much stronger and noticed I was more toned and had more shape after training with her.  I'm be going to be training with her for a long time.

I wanted a program I could do at home in my own time. Laura wrote me a resistance based program which I was able to do by myself with a few bits of equipment.  This was perfect for me as it meant I could fit in my sessions around my busy schedule.  I did this program several times a week along with a weekly bootcamp. She checked in to see how I was finding the program and made adjustments which motivated me to continue pushing myself and not give up which was great.  The nutritional recommendations and online support was really helpful, I was able making small changes over time I could maintain.
